either standing or seated for the bride to arrive.
The Processional

and where the bride 'walks down the aisle' with either her
father, or a nominated person to 'give the bride away'.

This is when family, close friends, members of the bridal
party, even the civil or religious celebrant reads excerpts
of prose, poetry, or even personally created texts to the
guests amassed at the ceremony.
Exchange of marriage Vows
This is the point at which the marriage process officially
begins, and requires that each partner makes a commitment
to the each other, in front of their peers, friends and
family. A celebrant will guide you through the process of
exchanging vows on the day, so relax and enjoy the moment.
Signing of the Marriage Register
This segment legally binds you as husband and wife, and
is officiated by either a registered religious or civil
celebrant.
The Recessional
The is the grand moment when you get to depart your ceremony
as a married couple. You will be congratulated and sometimes
covered in confetti, petals, and just about anything that
helps you commence your life long celebration.
